Poppy Yan is a Dubai-based entrepreneur, property developer and investor with more than 20 years of experience across real estate development, hospitality, building materials, and cross-border business between China and the Middle East.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in more than 700,000 sq.ft of real estate and hospitality developments, including residential buildings, branded hotels and income-generating assets. Her experience spans land acquisition, development, construction, operations and long-term asset management.
Before entering property development, Poppy spent more than a decade in the stone and building materials industry, establishing long-standing relationships with manufacturers and supply chains in China. She remains involved in property investment, development and hospitality, alongside BuildNation, a platform connecting developers, suppliers and opportunities between China and the Middle East.
At Kingstone, she brings this practical perspective to understanding client objectives, examining project fundamentals, discussing risks openly and assessing long-term value.
